Jumpsuit DIY--McCalls 7167

I LOVE this jumpsuit. I made several alterations and I actually added the lining. Since I have only been sewing about two months, lining kind of scared me. I avoided it, but I love the way that it makes your clothes look.

I made the shorter version verses the pants and I added a little more sleeve to the capped sleeves. This was also designed with pleats. I am discovering that I don't really like pleats that much. I guess it makes me look fatter or something and I don't need that. :) So after I put them in I tried to take them out and this is what I ended up with. I acutally like the result and reall want to make this in different variations.

I have not learned yet how to tailor the inseam to fit me perfectly, but I am on my way. This has been one of my more favorite projects.
