Let me start by saying that I had great expectations for this dress. I really thought I was going to get something better than what I have. But, who cares because I am going to wear it and flaunt it anyhow.

Fabric: First, I made this with some pretty cheap fabric. I got it at the Hancock going out of business sale. It is definitely cheap. Nonetheless, it is okay. It is not the worst that I have had, but it is pretty bad. I really should have made a summer pullover dress with this. It is a knit that when stretched, it loses its shape.

Pattern: I used a wrap dress from Vogue. I don't think I liked the pattern either, even though the fabric greatly contributed to this result. I almost despise please for some reason and this dress has seven pleats and four darts. I love darts, hate pleats. Don't like the effect that it gives. I think pleats look a little better on other figures. Just my opinion.

Changes: I didn't make any changes to the pattern except for the length. Right now, I am so into midi length and maxi length. I did eliminate the collar on the view that I did and I eliminated the sleeves. I also eliminated the lining. I guess I did make a few changes.

All in all, I will not be making this again.
